I don't doubt absolute poverty of the black population by percentage - but the worst achieving demographic in the country are poor white british kids.

So, there's something about the society we've built that puts them at the biggest disadvantage compared to any other demographic. It could well be that they feel worthless and underrepresented because, in an effort to fix more obvious problems, we're putting our efforts elsewhere.

This is what Job is moaning about. We know it's a problem, but it doesn't look like we're looking to fix it. (Not that job actually cares - because he hates those kids, and their parents, and thinks it's a waste of time - but it gives him some ammo to have a pop at the blacks and what he percieves to be 'liberal' culture - so he uses it). But it's still a real thing.

Working class white kids are on a par with black Caribbean kids in terms of acheivement. West Africans bring the black average up.
