Iirc America doesn't have a official winner announcement, its been done for 250 years based on the decency of your opponent to admit defeat (bar when it's very close) if the rest of the states turn blue and Trump still doesn't admit defeat then he's cemented his reputation in history.

And what looks like 2 Senate seats are going to run-offs in Georgia in January. They'll be absolutely critical for Biden to get anything done (although some think he'll get more change out of McConnell than Obama did even if the Democrats don't take the Senate). If he wins them it'll be 50-50 and the VP will break any ties, it could define the success of his presidency.
