So come on, fess up. How many coffees/teas do you have a day? Being the most abused and widely distributed drug world over, how much does caffeine affect your life. I also want confessions of red bull drinkers and pro plus sniffers!

Personally, and not proud of it i moved to 4 coffees a day during exam season, trying to cut down to 3 as sleep has started being affected.

I cant start my day off without a brew. A nice brew and a fag in the morning is a good start.

Around 7/8 a day. Normal sized cups. Tea with 2 sugars.

i generally have a green tea after lunch (for teh digestion!) and peppermint tea after that if i want one cos tis no caffeen. However one thing i do totally love and adore is Chai and i have one or two cups of that over the weekend because it is heavenly!

I used to drink at least 2 litres of diet coke/pepsi a day for the best part of 15 years, that shit seriously affected my health though so I pretty much gave it up except for mornings where I need a serious boost to get going.

I don't count anymore, I have a machine now that grinds up the coffee beans and makes it in to coffee straight to the cup! If they bring out a coffee drip to the veins, I'll buy one!

Full sheet of pro plus? Say bye to your liver mate. Pro plus is fucked though, you get a short lived high then feel like shit. I only take it with booze these days as you dont seem to get the come-down, just go a bit mental.

When i started working, i must confess that i could have like 5 coffees a day (besides the usual breakfast coffee at home).

2 years ago i decided to slowly decrease the amount of caffeine in my diet and limited the ingest to:

1 cup of tea in the breakfast
1 small cup of solo coffee after lunch

Never saw the facination of it. I remember going to wigan pier once and finding a fairly big bag of white shit. I tasted it and god damn it wasnt coke, my mate said it was ket. It went straight down the toilet.
