best scout: loxleywannabehood, aussie(well i ain't seen u in ages but still lubs u), hmm theres 1or2 others that aren't bad, most are real crap tho, igv lub to scouts!

best mincer: well alpha, can't say anything else to that, keep up the camping, but remove the crim fins of ur places to see again pls, ain't been jumped by u in a while
best infil: elaijt, but coolest for soloing alot must be somebodyelse!

best hunter: hmmm used to be some good ones around, but not often that u meet a solo one, or one that could atleast get his char from point A to point B without 5SBs leading the way marczej and fatbelly are kewel

best SB: asphilyxsetjsdfhtas and amra are both hard, rayne is always puts up great fights

best NS: well, theres loads of (good) shades around these days, from the topper RPs i'd say cyclodia/sarg and sly are the best, but seeing that dexa has no own buffbot and is still mostly solo and in the top RPs he should get a bit more respect!!!
other than that jorma/hirein and sneak0rs are the win!

Infil - Nicolas (tho only thing I ever saw of him was an emote and then his back)
Scout - Aussie

Hunter - Fatbelly (hardworking hunter)
Shadowblade - Finster, Jox, Eeny to name a few.

Tho donno if thies are the best stealthers ever on daoc, but they
sure knew their stealther

Mincer: Voskos/Alpha (Voskos and Jua had a really great duo some time that really knocked the shit out of all outside mtk, and he was a fair player)

NS: Cyclodia/Slytale only ones i know, rest is part of the Brehon zerg, and i dont go Odins much. too much NS zerging)
Ranger: Alderian (dont know any others)

Hunter: Powerslave 4tehwin! Stlong hunter and Marczje Stlong df farmer!
SB: not sure, most SB's have the fotm spec, atleast had, and its not skilled to press 1 button like the thrust infils. so i have to pass on this one.

current : eljit or whatever the bish's name is (normaly can't see for the add spam but solo can do some dmg )

Best Mid:

All time : Sal and the hunter camping gorge from back in the day (forget his name but was a bad mofo tbh )
Current : dunno maybe microb (sp?), atm they either gank or die tbh

Best Hib:

Dangleberryfinn :bazbeer: and Palan :swords:

Scouts: Cant say i have a problem ever.. but Loxley know how to play the class even with it limits.

Infils: i often meet low rrs.. there i just day DF i best. but Remi and Elajt is the only high rrs i fought last months that i remember and those i lost to

dont really think theres any that play with much skill tbh

eljat and pin were tough as fooking nails though.

remember brommix , ninjastyle and mallus in the old days they were rock solid too.

I would give it to brommix he actually knew how to play the class well.. most of the infs nowadays are stronger in terms of stats and SC kits and weaponary but they tend to miss PA and spam the same old primary and backup no-matter what happens in battle (and tbh thats all they need to do to win)

Can't believe people mention Rayne.
She was hanging around Beno tonight.
I was running around HW with my rr3 minstrel, just having some fun. I guess she misses some hit, cause I see her unstealthed, waving at me, and stealthing again.
Later on the Albs are ganked by the Mids at Beno, and I'm just chilling, moving around stealthed. I then see Rayne run down from Beno, followed by a several gimp Mids.
They gank some solo Albs, 2 or 3.
Then comes the funny part... Elite Rayne, who brought down the Mid group from Beno uses her elite See Hidden to find a rr3 minstrel (harmless against some high rr sb) to find me, and gank me with the Mids around (about 5 Mids). She even needs the Mids to help, as I might have gotten away, despite her using an end potion.
Then she waves again... Lol... You would think some rr6+ SB would try to solo an rr3 minstrel.
I guess Rayne knows how she got those rp's she has, and is not planning to stop it. Zerg all the way baby.

minstrel : Aplha evil MTK camper ^^
Infil : Elajt as current, Pin/ninjastyle mostly cause they owned my ass at uppland to meny times
Scout : Aussie for some reason seems to hit me way harder then all others.
NS : No idea i allways gets zergede by hib/stealthers in odins and never really see em in emain
Ranger : same as NS

NS - hard to choose, so many around atm. From the old days prolly Snakeyes tho (yup, an elf, go figure).

Mincer - Kissies or Alpha.
Infili - Pin, only infili i ever met who scared me.

I like when people start to talk about old ghosts from the past, back in the days when assassins where something unusual.

When the few assassins around could one-shot low level mages in crappy armor without beeing exposed, or camp below mtk a whole night without beeing hunted by other stealthers.

Take Mallus for example; the only special thing about him was the fact that he was the first assassin on Excalibur to hit 50...must be hard to play assassin on Ex when you are the only assassin in 50...

I fought the first owner to Mallus as a gimped critblade, and I even won from time to time(albs had all strength-relics like now).

Bah, Remi would have pissed on him.
