new slash drop is 4.0, crafted 3.8... thrust crafted is 4.0, dropped 3.9. Kobold with 271 qui will swing 4.0 weapon at 1.59s, i.e not cap

He (being an Alb) thinks that the Midgard realm deserves to have the strength relics! (k that was the easy part...)

Albs do not have minds while they are in their frontier, so they act like mindless animals, until they get all the strength relics, at which time suddenly they get 50 minds to share between their whole realm

Albs defend their minds with nigh on religious zeal, but unfortunately the plague of Albion will always seem to hit on a Sunday morning and they will perforce return to being mindless beasts

If Albion continually had 50 members in the Midgard frontier, they would have all the strength relics by now, presumably because they would not be in their own frontier and thus have minds?

He is hungry and would like some cheese, especially deep fried cheese.

He would like some alcoholic, homeless people to visit him and unburden their problems on him. What a nice fellow!

yes it will be 1.6 sec i believe (250-50)/500=0.4 if thats the correct formula atleast. 4.0*0.6*0.68=1.63 so thats still close to swing cap and with celerity it will be capped. Now most groups in RvR wont have celerity, but the groups people whine about will.
