Most of the 'class xxx is overpowered' whines come because players are being whacked by a minority of players who class is boosted by RA's. Savage is a primary example. Take being hit by a RR3 savage with Det4 and Purge and compare it to being hit by a RR7 savage with DR4 and MoP3. Nerfing because of the RR7 is a minor nerf to the RR7 but a huge nerf to the RR3.
I am glad to see that Mythic are not going to repeat this mistake with Master levels and that the Master Levels will not have any effect on class power and are to be fluff only.
RA's were the biggest mistake Mythic made. They should have balanced the game based on what players spec 1-50.
