You ever get that feeling that no matter what you do, and no matter how damned hard you try, the future is set in place and whatever you do will make no difference whatsoever?

You can try to make a difference, however small and insignificant, and put your heart and soul into it, and still end up falling flat on on your face?

Life sucks :(

Yes, it has its downs at times. I think every single living person feels like that at some point Jup, so don't worry about it.

What happened, for instance?

What you're talking about is fate, probably the oldest and most hotly disputed theory since Eve dropped her trollies for Adam.

Aww Jup, master of enigmatic misery.

:fluffle:

No such thing as fate. There are shades of shitty luck, but nothings written in permanent marker.

Er, yeah, life's pretty pointless really...the "I Love Death" emphasises this. Oh well, what are you gonna do?

Scarily enough, if you put permanent marker into google image search you come up with a picture of adam and eve.

Yes life does suck Jup, but shit happens. A month ago I was saying the same thing. I thought I was stuck in a dead end job, the company that I work for had just slipped into receivership and life was looking pretty fuckin' dismal. On Saturday I have an interview for a position in a different club for what's getting on for double what I'm earning at the moment. So things do turn themselves around. Even if I don't get the job, I'm still happier than I was a month ago. :)

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get on with it is the only advice I can offer.

I've just worked a 15 hour day and I'm feeling a leetle beet knackered so apologies if this post isn't all that helpful. :)

Unless you are living rough drinking out of brown paper bags and looking in dustbins for your next meal I do not think you have it bad.

Doing stuff is overrated. Hitler did a lot of stuff, but don't you wish he stayed at home and got stoned instead?

Apathy rules.

Go and take a walk in the woods. See how beautifull and wonderfull life is.
(I don't mean your life, just life in general :D )

It won't seem that bad after that....

When your at a time that your feeling low, flick the TV news on and see all those poor buggers around the world who really have it bad.

Me and Mrs Wil were arguing about the colour of a carpet, it caused massive ructions, then the news came on and you realise that the things we worry about are actually very trivial compared to some people in the world.

(thats not to say that you are upset about carpet colours, it was just an example)

Life is controlled by destiny, but there are multiple roads to take. You reach a junction and make a choice which leads to your overall destiny...

I don't believe your path through life is set in stone. If shit happens, weather the storm and then rise up again, dust yourself off and get back out there. You have one life, live it! That's the way I see it anyway:/

And Callous Destinys forever! Don't leave the club! :(

'Life Sucks' cries old man Jupe,
I ended up covered in goop,
the goop is not real,
it's just how I feel,
When life causes my spirits to droop.

Apologies for the abysmal rhyme, hope you realise that after the bad shit happens good shit is not too far away.

keep your chin up dude. There isno disgrace trying and failing as long as you are richer and wiser for the experience.

Nobody learned anything by succeding all the time.

If your sad do something to make yourself happy

Another new day is here,
The clouds that are over may clear,
So stiff upper lip,
Feel better for kip,
And get on with life with a cheer!

Thanks guys... morbid, self-doubting day is over.
