You could roll an alb tank and find no one does 300+ on nightmares,if you feel gimped you could try my armsman in emain and land a shot every 5.5 sec (no double haste,not even single coz an alb group cant affort a theurg) for 400-500 damage against chain.
or if you really feel brave enought you could try my lidull rapier and hit stuff for 100-130 damage whit a 3.6 speed weapon (not slower avalaible).

oh ofc you gonna have plate.

Been thinking about that..
too bad next patch stats lose the hard cap
and thrust it's 50% dex 50% str based.

too bad the slower thrust weapon is 3.6 speed only.

too bad we don't have trollz either firbys in alb.

too bad I would be a weak version of a savage.

Keep rolling the savages imo - mythic works out who to nerf based on population these days (chanters being the exception to prove the rule ofc), so roll on chaps - you KNOW it makes sense





PS One caveat - if you ARE levelling a savage atm you lose all right to whine when the nerf bat hits you for 6 in patch 1.67

they do nice damage enuff you dont even have to use savage/prenerf zerker damage if you dont have a gimped grp, or play bad

wellplayed tank/well assisted, thrust mercs are more than lethal

ofc you need to have 2 - 3 + minstrel working togheter on same target

also differance from thrust/slash on a merc isnt that big in weaponskill, so no they wont be gimped, they gain it all back and get more "bonus" from haveing better damage table
