Windows XP icons

Ok guys, here's the problem. I downloaded a collection of really nice icons for windows xp from here(http://enhancedlabs.com/main/index.html). I've looked on the web and all ive found are tips on how to change the system icons. but the problem is i have a whole set of icons. anyone got any ideas?

Surely http://enhancedlabs.com/main/faq.html provides enough information to use their own icons? Or are you after application-specific info?
