As i've discussed with the missus, it's a lot more disturbing that the parents allowed their kids to sleep in a bed with him, there can be no motive for that other than trying to make money or fame out of it.

There is no way that parents should be allowed to keep their kids if they put them in that situation, molestation or not.

Best quote of this case came from the press conference with the jury last night. When asked which prosecution witnesses they found believable the initial answer was "the guys from the phone company". After a little laughter someone added that the guy saying MJ was drunk X days a week seemed believable.

Out of 80-odd folks called to give evidence you can only laugh.

or will there be another court case in a few years time? who knows...

Its pretty much certain that there wont be.

In the end the District Attorney makes the decision if the evidence they have is strong enough to be worth taking it to trial. After 2 cases failing to convict him of anything it'll be a very brave/stupid DA that takes him to court again, they'd be kissing their career goodbye.

Why i said he's (not their dad). I meant that every kid who rummages around the house and finds pron mags from under the bed, under the matress, behind the toilet, flowerpot in the kitchen...will go through the "exiting looking comic book".

I find it believable that the jury was able to find reasonable doubt in all cases, and that's all that's required.
