2.1 Android update with sense UI coming in march for hero apparently
Let us know how you get on Bods, I really would like my faith in Sony Ericsson restored, as the x10 looks sexy.

Looks like the hero replacement is one seriously sexy piece of kit: The HTC Legend Traps Android 2.1 in Unibody Aluminum - htc legend - Gizmodo

A bit disappointing that the Desire (formerly bravo), is basically just a nexus one, no improvement to the camera. It simply has a sensor ball and slightly more memory.
i've had 1.6 running for an age on my ADP1 and it's not that buggy, some of the apps are, but i've had no major problems (well apart from random reboots, but it's always done that, most likely hardware though)I also want to know what version of android it will actually be running. The x10 mini and mini pro have been confirmed to be running android 1.6, which by all accounts is a bit buggy. I've seen conflicting reports that the x10 will be running 1.5, 1.6 and 2.0. I'd really want firm commitment from sony that they will be updating the phone to new versions before buying one.

I want to love the X10, I seriously do, but I've yet to find a video that doesn't make it look a bit sluggish (unless you can furnish me with one bods) compared to the HTC offerings.
no multi-touch, why the hell? gah sony
1.6 = no multi-touch. That doesn't mean it's never coming... /cry
I want the X10, but I'm not going to be stuck for 18 or 24 months with a 1Ghz phone that feels sluggish.
