I've yet to see any direct proof that anyone stole anything yet.

There have been no chatlogs or screenshots of the trade posted. You havent said whats happened, only slagging off joltezz on these forums when you could've easily either pm'd jolt, or emailed him, there was no need at all to bring this to the forum yet you did.

Where exactly does it say that people have a legal obligation to uphold thier word?

Even if what you've said is true(which I find highly unlikely), there is no reason for anyone to do anything to uphold thier end of the bargain, if you gave someone the room to take your cash, thats your fault, not thiers.

As far as I see it, no one gives a damn whats happened to you, and saying they'll get 'caught' is an empty threat as they've done nothing that is against the CoC.

You arent looking at the history - jarvio is a theif, he hasnt been punished apart from a pathetic 7 day ban, yet hes been involved in numerous things like this.

Why should jolt be punished for doing something that - as GoA have stated MANY times before - isnt against any rules.

If someone chooses to put 40p in a tradewindow and press 'accept', there is NO obligation on the other person to fulfill any "verbal/informal contract" once that money is in thier possession.

it is NOT GoA's job to "persacute the law" ingame - except in special cases, such as account hacking. normal everyday thefts such as arti thefts are largely ignored by GoA unless there has been a breach of the CoC regarding taking the actual mobs. if somone gets the arti through autosplit and walks off with it, GoA wont do anything.
