The more Holiday terrorists that are killed over there the better.
If killed by the Kurds/Iraqis Yes, Killed by the Americans/British, No.

Daddy was killed by a British Jet, now I need to go and blow up x

I would day say our immediate reaction should be to round up ten random muslims and behead them one by one and post it on youtube with the comment 'your move'.

Yeah Job!

When your girlfriend gobs off to you you punch her. Just gently like. More of a cuff. Just to let her know that the escalation is in her court and it's all her fault if she doesn't do exactly as she's told, right?

So in your analogy beheading someone is just like gobbing off to their relatives.

I'm a little bit worried that this man hunt to find out who 'Jihadi John' is gonna find the persons home, and he'll have a family, and a lynching shall commence.

The media is hyping up the story a lot.

Yup, get the masses in favour of a war in Iraq, again.

Also you noticed that hamas have also admitted that they abducted those lads? Good timing to be honest, that way the west can go happily destroy a nation built on the basis of having a dominant religion controlling it by killing and telling others to leave, whilst defending another nation that does exactly the same thing.

I'm pretty sure "the masses" weren't in favour of the last war in Iraq. I seem to remember marches and everything. Also, ISIS isn't a "nation" at least not yet. Better to strangle it now.

I think it is more to do with jazzing up the story to reap the maximum the media can from it, in reality they are guessing most of what is or isn't be done regarding this character since the intelligence services aren't going to say much most the time unless they need to use them for some reason.

I did read that ISIS are really hurting from US strikes and beheading hostages is their last resort, it's all they have left to counter the overwhelming firepower, so the Americans ignored the threats and upped the bombings, but they can only go for them everytime they try to take more land, any fighter entrenched in civilian areas are protected by the local 'hostages'

Even more so with this conflict, so fooling people into thinking it's purely for the sake of saving people, rather than for other reasons, my point is that they want a nation much like Israel did, I'm afraid the only difference is that they're a different colour to us, Israel is a European construct, whereas ISIS was not, our double standards are a joke.

I opposed the war in Iraq but we HAD to go in, after threatening him unless he backed down the US had to show their might and without it they would have been the laughing stock of the world, every tinpot dictator would simply ignore everyone knowing the states would do fuck all about it.
Unfortunately it means 500,000 people lost their lives for the west to save face.

You're just being stupid. When Israel came into being how many Jewish states were there? Er, none. How many Islamic states are there right now? Fucking loads. In fact the "nation" these fuckers want is being carved from states that are already Islamic, they just want to impose their own super-cuntish version of Islam on the people there who are already mostly muslim. ISIS aren't colonising, they're not importing a displaced population, so the analogy with Israel is simply false. Look at this way, I may want to set up the Republic of DaGafferopolis (my administration would be brutal but fair) but if I start driving tanks around Dublin to tomorrow and stringing up anyone who annoys me to achieve my goal, the international community might have something to say about it.

One of my clients works in the oil industry. He basically organises teams to drill or search for oil. He has teams in Kurdistan and was contacted by the US government asking if his men wanted to leave. He told them yes and within 45 minutes numerous helicopters and around 100 special forces arrived to extract them. This was around the time Obama claimed they had a handful of soldiers on the ground so it makes you wonder how many are actually in iraq

No it's not it's stupid because what Israel does is commonly accepted, why should -any- state be created on the principle of religion?

One of the reasons of building Empires was to spread religion, but do we still do that now? - No, but we still accept the anomaly that is Israel because they went through a genocide.

Many Muslims do believe that they need a Caliphate, and many great things were born through violence and bloodshed, not for a minute am I agreeing with what ISIS are doing, nor do I agree with the idea of a Caliphate, but when so many Muslims quite like the idea, it's difficult to fight such a machine, because it's not as radical as many people may believe.

And with your republic of DaGafferopolis - Isn't that -exactly- what Israel is doing?

Honestly, if you actually think about it, before going for the authoritarian approach all the time, you'll see that there is actually very little difference between the conflicts in the Palestine and against ISIS.

This talk about Israel may seem completely off-topic, but it'll be completely relevant when Muslims are picking up on the same dual standards when they're being radicalised in the mosques, again, I dislike Islam among all the others religions, but when we make it so easy for the radicals to gain recruits, it annoys me when people are like 'Why are they bombing us?'

To me it is off topic and typically completely irrelevant to the current situation and only used to try and create inertia.

Hmmm..let's see..why don't we write a book that says everyone not on our side should be killed or slaved and that leaving the belief is punishable by death and it's all controlled by a super being who puts you in heaven for dying for your cause...we'll have a huge empire in no time thanks to millions of brainwashed idiots..still working to this day.

The Qur'an DOES NOT SAY THAT.

That's like saying everyone who reads the bible tells everyone to go around killing people, it's just ridiculous, people are always mis-quoting the Qur'an completely missing the context that its in.

You can easily misquote the Bible and say that has the same reason, Islam is a means to an end for extremists, much like Judaism is a means to an end for Zionists.

You're the biggest victim of media-hyping Job, you'll happily agree with what ever is the new thing.

The Koran does say that..its the very core of its message because thats what it is..a handbook for empire..to make muslims feel special and entitled..for every argument it doesnt you can argue it does.
It was written by the educated to control the masses and infidels are nothing but beasts because indoctrinating people into this belief is as old as humanity itself..it might as well be a Moonies handbook.
There are hundreds of totally unmistakeable references to direct violence against non believers..but like any work of fiction that has been adjusted and translated there are just as many about living peacefully though its quite obviously from an angle of leave them alone but allah will punish them.

Hindsight is a bitch...
When this was taken, he was Homeland Security Advisor to President Obama. He is now the director of the Central Intelligence Agency.

I would say he's right..it will never happen..the empires have long split into groups who hate each other..The Iranians alone could destroy them.
It will fizzle out..all they have done is grabbed sand and poorly defended towns...the first bit of proper resistance and they're down to beheadings..that's hardly going to scare the west off...we'll have that stupid cockneys family on the telly next week

You seem to be a product of 90's brainwashing mate :( You CAN easily misquote the bible, blah blah, but the point is, no one is doing that. The Koran (I don't care how you spell it by the way) and the Islamic religion IS encouraging people to go to war and massacre their fellow men, right now. And it ain't just going to stay in far-off sandy countries either.

I'm sorry? The bible is one of the most mis-quoted (and mis-interpreted, which is worse tbh) books in existence. Also, because of the bible/Christianity in general some of the most horrible atrocities in the history of the modern world have been committed, massive wars have taken place and millions have died or been oppressed. Just because that happened a while ago doesnt mean its any less relevant.

So who the fuck brain washed me?

You're the victims of government backed media brainwashing. Muslims are scary people that we need to wipe them out! What about all the conflicts that we've been a part of due to different interpretations of the Bible, what about the millions that have died because of it.

If the Qur'an was such an evil book then there would be billions of jihadists.

It's amazing that I get called brain washed when you're the ones that are echoing very similar messages that Hitler did.

I won't be the one who stands by and see a billion people persecuted because of the actions of a few thousand.

I should go round up the Jews and start kicking their religion out of them, because their treatment of the Palestinians is disgusting. But nope, I accept it's a minority. Which a lot of Jews disagree with and shun them from their religion

The Qur'an DOES NOT SAY THAT.

Yeah it kinda does.

Taken from: http://www.thereligionofpeace.com/quran/023-violence.htm

The Quran contains at least 109 verses that call Muslims to war with nonbelievers for the sake of Islamic rule. Some are quite graphic, with commands to chop off heads and fingers and kill infidels wherever they may be hiding. Muslims who do not join the fight are called 'hypocrites' and warned that Allah will send them to Hell if they do not join the slaughter.

The Quran:
Quran (2:191-193) - "And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out. And Al-Fitnah [disbelief] is worse than killing...

but if they desist, then lo! Allah is forgiving and merciful. And fight them until there is no more Fitnah [disbelief and worshipping of others along with Allah] and worship is for Allah alone. But if they cease, let there be no transgression except against Az-Zalimun (the polytheists, and wrong-doers, etc.)" (Translation is from the Noble Quran) The historical context of this passage is not defensive warfare, since Muhammad and his Muslims had just relocated to Medina and were not under attack by their Meccan adversaries. In fact, the verses urge offensive warfare, in that Muslims are to drive Meccans out of their own city (which they later did). The use of the word "persecution" by some Muslim translators is thus disingenuous (the actual Muslim words for persecution - "idtihad" - and oppression - a variation of "z-l-m" - do not appear in the verse). The actual Arabic comes from "fitna" which can mean disbelief, or the disorder that results from unbelief or temptation. Taken as a whole, the context makes clear that violence is being authorized until "religion is for Allah" - ie. unbelievers desist in their unbelief.

Im done.

I could easily find a website that shows all the violent verses in the Bible, but you wouldn't like that, would you?

http://www.evilbible.com/Evil Bible Quotes.htm

"You Ethiopians will also be slaughtered by my sword," says the LORD. And the LORD will strike the lands of the north with his fist. He will destroy Assyria and make its great capital, Nineveh, a desolate wasteland, parched like a desert. The city that once was so proud will become a pasture for sheep and cattle. All sorts of wild animals will settle there. Owls of many kinds will live among the ruins of its palaces, hooting from the gaping windows. Rubble will block all the doorways, and the cedar paneling will lie open to the wind and weather. This is the fate of that boisterous city, once so secure. "In all the world there is no city as great as I," it boasted. But now, look how it has become an utter ruin, a place where animals live! Everyone passing that way will laugh in derision or shake a defiant fist. (Zephaniah 2:12-15 NLT)

KILL THE BLACK PEEOPLE!

I tell you, you must all go kill black people!
