Firefox problem

My Firefox browser stopped working
It updated to 4.0.1 and now it doesn´t display websites anymore. I can still surf via IExplorer and Opera, but for some reason, I can not browse via FF anymore. Tried to downgrade to 3.x, but same effect.
Any ideas?

Mozilla are making a big change with v4 of Firefox and it's breaking profiles. If you try:
Start > Run > firefox -profilemanager
Then create a new profile and try browsing with that. If it works, it's a profile problem and you'll need to see about exporting your bookmarks, cookies etc into the new profile.

If it still doesn't work, then it's a bigger problem than usual and I'd just ditch it in favour of Chrome or Opera.
