So I've just gotten to Div 1 on Ultimate Team. I won the Div 2 title and bagged myself 10k coins, 'great!' I think, Division 1 title will be like 15k+! Wrong. 8k? What the hell EA?

You also get a Premium Gold Pack each time you win it. I can't deal with Div 1 though, every team is ultra defensive counter attack with 90+ pace strikers, so I stick to the gold tourney where I can have fun instead of playing sweaty just to have a chance. ;/

That's just online for you, 90% of all the players you meet will be ratty little shitcunts who abuse any flaw in the game they can find to win. Thankfully once you get better they become really easy to beat as you learn the tricks you need to defend against them (mainly covering the run with the last man while you hold teammate pressure to keep the player in possession honest). My win:loss ratio is pitiful compared to last year though (340w 99l atm, 1400w 300l at the end of 12), it's definitely a lot harder to win consistently on 13.

I'm finding it quite easy now tbh, still make some stupid defensive mistakes that cost goals, at least once per game but i'm 6 wins in a row now and promoted to Division 1. Does it get harder in division 1? So far I've not noticed a difference in difficulty between divisions.

It should at least in theory, but FIFA opponents differ so wildly in quality due to the sheer amount of people that play the game so every game is a bit of a lottery as to how tough it's gonna be - even in D1.

yeah ive won some D1 games 6-0 and completely dominated, then played another match straight after and come up against people who I've struggled to even break through the defence of and get 1 shot

I've been having a painful time in this lately like, absolutely bossing games and still either losing or drawing. Did score a beast goal though to cheer me up tonight though, made even more special by him being my substitute Right Back He's now promoted to first team!

Finally got around to buying this....started an Ultimate team (Econway88 if you wanna add me for a game any time) and played my first game. I've got a team of 60-65 guys and it matched me against a guy who had nothing but 80-85's....what the fuck?! He trashed me 6-0!

Don't play Seasons, stick to the bronze/silver cups until you've got a decent team to compete with in the seasons.

Also fuck this game tonight, been winning two games in a row, one I was 2-0 up within 9 minutes and I've been booted from the EA servers in each one. Now I've lost my DNF modified and my potential title winning run. FOAD EA.
