I love peanut butter (with honey) which sounds bad for weight loss but it kills your appetite and provides a lot of energy for exercise. I buy my peanut paste in bulk from Ebay as buying nuts locally can be pretty expensive. Time for me to place another order come to think of it. Don't suppose you can post links here?

I imagine if they do EU delivery there's not an issue, I know there are a few websites out there which offer decent keto-foods, but I keep forgetting them. Might be worth asking the others.

66/33/3 F/P/C today
130g(/131)F, 155g(/133)P 13g(/23)C.

Bacon, Eggs + Chicken on 1 plate = NOM.

odd, I thought almonds were the lowest carb nut at 13g / 100g?

also, I was having a bit of a carb up weekend, with party on friday and pizza on sat. back on the diet today though, and been to the gym for some cardio and mixed weights. My body is now screaming for carbs, even my mind is going: caught myself thinking that it would be ok to have some chocolate brownie (which is still left over from friday, as the dweebs I had over didn't finish it all even though I begged them to :()

My diet from now will consist of fruit in the day - mainly bananas - with some peanut butter and honey (small amount) and in the evening a ton of mixed vegetables (up to a kg bag cooked in a micro). I tend to pick in the evening so I will gorge on the veggies. I buy the veggies from Tescos in 1kg bags - a lot of. This approach with the amount of running I do, or will be doing, will shift my fat. I will have an occasional blow out though for sure. Chocs and stuff now and then.

I have been having a breather for a while as my mate got run over when I was out with him jogging. One second he was by my side and the next he was under a transit. No bones broken though amazingly just badly bruised and grazed. Still I think you need a break from hard training at times to relax and refocus.

My weight dropped this week and I reached a new landmark.... It's amazing to think that it took me 3 months to lose 25 kg and 3 months to lose 6kg. During that time I have maintained whilst introducing carbs to a reasonable level (very occasional bread and pasta and high gi foods, but I eat all other carbs in normal quantities). I am not as light as I got to in 2008 (62kg) because I looked dreadful, but I still would like to lose 3.5kg whilst maintaining the decreasing fat% trend.

Mmm.. Time for bump.

On the 13th I was in hospital (again, more check-ups) and got weighed in at 86.kg (Fully clothed) which I was quite happy with. Since then (on and off since the start of the NY) I've been constantly looking at my diet, my macro-levels (currently 60, 35, 5), my calorie intake (My BMR is 1940, maintenance is 2500 and I eat around 1800-2000) - I know this works, I know this is what I follow and I know exactly the foods I eat currently.

2011-2012 I was at the gym pretty much 5 days a week, every week, it showed. Shitty diet, but it showed. Since around October, I've pretty much stopped goign to the gym because of work, other crap and pure laziness. Have certainly got weaker, a little fatter (not by much) but have kept my 'size' around the same. Bit annoyed with it now, so, time to get myself mentally prepared again.

For the first time in ages, I went Thurs+Fri this week (Back -> Legs), and start a 3-4x a week plan again from tomorrow - Just to get back into it. Kinda doing the SS routine, but changed slightly (T/W/T/F -> Chest, Arms (Yes. Arms. I do ONE isolation day), Legs/Abs, Back) - Have all my gym stuff ready to go, and I genuinely missed it. Hindsight is a bastard.

This is quite nice too btw: http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm (Doesn't do macros, but easy enough to get them from it)

Note: Refusing to do cardio now, unless for some peculiar reason I want to go for a run. - Apart from tomorrow, because I can't start a week 'on a new routine' without starting something good (might do core too?)

Also, as I can't edit above.

Looking at food intake (based on my non-keto diet) - My worst meal actually seems to be my lunch, due to the lack of options available. Generally what I ate for dinner was actually quite good. I think the issue is patience with me. I know how dieting works (To a level beyond obsessive..) and all the fads. I need my patience levels to go back up. 15 weeks ago it was new year. That's anything between 15 and 30lbs of weight loss in that time (Based on not doing any weights) if patience was involved. Bloody hell.

Mind over matter, eh?

Heyo guys, good to see people continuing to do well, got back from my third week of skiing this year ( thought I'd only sneak 1 ).
My goal now is from wednesday do HIIT 3 times a week ( 20 mins on crosstrainer ) and really try and get some more weightloss going. I've essential been even since the start of jan, birthdays/christmas/ski holidays are no excuse :p Although I'm sure I replaced some fat with muscle as my pants dropped off and I had to buy some more new jeans.

just did a nice pre-dinner ride. had a PB on this one climb according to strava...but the rankings in the tool can be quite the demotivator if you're a singlespeeder, as the top 100 or so of any segment are usually fly-munching leg-shaving road racers :(

84.9KG this morning! (2pm really, when I bothered to actually get up). Wooooot go me: I am now lighter than I have been in the past 11 years (I worked out I quit going to the gym when I was 27, so 11 is about accurate).

Going on a 60km ride in a moment or two, and tonight I celebrate with fuckloads of pasta :D

ooooh eeermurgrrrr that WAS a fuckload of pasta I can barely move!

also, my legs are fuuuuuked man: I had a wtfmad headwind for the first half of the trip averaging about 14kph and it was pretty hard going. I has only one gear remember! Also there was a wind chill of about -5C which wasn't very nice, but according to the NL met report it's going to be INSANE tomorrow with -15C (!) wind chill, snow and all that fucktardery. Yay, spring, I am so happy for thee. It's amost frigging APRIL ffs! Anyway, I completed my mission, bought the helmet.

Nice story: I walked in the shop after frigging DYING for almost two hours in the wind chill/head wind delight and the guy didn't bat an eyelid, just turned away from me without a word and switched on the coffee machine! Looks like you could use a cuppa he goes on to say! Awesome service: due to the headwind I was there about 40mins later than I had planned to be eg just before closing time, but still time was made and coffee was delivered! Dude and I had a chat, he showed me round the shop and workplace, showed me his son's fixie, chuckled when I recognized several brands (shadow conspiracy, nsbikes amongst others), sold me a helmet, gave me another cuppa, pointed me to a good bakery near by: you might want something to eat before heading back, son. Service. Awesome. Good job that man! Also: I got to the bakery just as they were closing but they were still kind enough to sell me a saucijzenbroodje (Dutch thing : savoury sausage in filo dough, baked.) and something sweet with apple in it. The sugar from the apple thing made me high as a frigging kite, and I rode home regularly breaking 30kph. Now, now my legs don't work too good no more hahaha :D

aye, real nice work dude! you inspire me to keep at it. breaking my shoulder caused me to balloon up 5kg! lost 4 of those again in the past 10 days so clearly fluid, but I'm quite inactive atm (5 weeks rest), which worries me :(

I've been slacking for the past month or so :(

Down to 191.0, but not really any cardio or lifting for the last 6 weeks.

Do a few reps at 102.5, perhaps even lower. Work yourself over the plateu slowly!

I'll might make an entrance in this thread, two years of no training and rubbish food has done it's mark.
