Is that not just water? I thought carbs had more water so when you come off keto you get a fast gain in weight.You need to be really careful w/ your carb intake coming off keto. Like super careful.
I did one week off keto while expending tons of energy ( skiing ) and I put 10lbs on. ( 8lbs came off in 1.5 days after I got back though ).
