Transfers won't be available yet, that was not the point of it being down. The point was to merge the EU and US clients which they have done successfully!

The ability to transfer just needs to be turned on now as the code is already there for it.

I just went into the directory where config files are and renamed charname-6.ini to charname-91.ini

C:\Users\USERPC\AppData\Roaming\Electronic Arts\Dark Age of Camelot\LotM

This is for prydwen btw.

Mythic's track record for doing things successfully is pretty dire.

Servers had to be shut down for 12+ hours for this operation due to poor system design, and now all EU characters have had their entire UI settings reset. And yes I know UI settings can be restored, but there's no info nor directions from Mythic on this and players shouldn't have to do this let alone figure out how to.

Well, complain away you know there will be problems along the way but they are at least doing what GOA never did and are doing something.

You can't have what you want without some kind of reprucussions, the problems you've pointed are very small and can be fixed in no less than 5 minutes.

I know it isn't the point but as said, at the end of the day xfers are coming.

CHARNAME-1.INI
for your toon

....

change to

CHARNAME-90.INI

will move your hotbars for EU toons, server ID has changed you see

- will be in user/data/blahblah/EA/DAOC or something

Andy, as you're reading this thread from time to time can you confirm that those of us with both US and _EU accounts will be able to use time cards NOT from US store (mine are UK ones) in the US account centre (seeing as this is now the ONLY account centre) as atm neither US or _EU accounts can be reactivated with them?

/as is working, you can see online members via the /gc who alliance command ok, but not via the social gui

It's a problem with the US account centre (for US and _EU accounts) - it just doesn't allow non-US based time cards - I'm really hoping that after this maintenance they will work.

just checked houses still have permissions set for every 1, guild, account etc but when my main trys to take kit off conzig or use vaults it says i dont have permissions
