Other than that go to the OFT and see if they agree the product is broken is the only way to get your money back if the company dont acknowledge as such

well if you didnt get the authenticator after all the posts in here then you are

a) silly
b) should expect it

If you did then good on you and go to bliz and tell them ooo i got hacked with authenticator and prove them wrong and tell everyone

Also just one short call will get all your gear back from 24 hours before you think you got hacked but you will have to enable the authenticator.

It's about $820k now I think.. started March 25th so just over 2 months ago.. pretty insane..
