This game is something else, so much fun. Can be insanely irritating to level 30-50, mind, with all the ganking, but the pay off at 50 so far has been a blast.

not been able to login for 3 days! Just trying now, 265 in queue but wait time > 1h!!! people are not login chars out when they sleep or go to work, pretty sure of that now. I actually did myself as a test running against the side of a mountain between two rocks for 2 hours. They don't log you out and their 'trap' does not work!

I've tried at 2 am GMT 6 am GMT and 1pm GMT on weekdays

in 15 mins it has gone down to 246.....

Just saw your images from last night, we moved away from the Royal Legion Galleon as it was an accident waiting to happen with all the low level trade packers!

Going to level the final way to 50 this weekend though as the miss rate is insane on people a few levels above you.

Just sent a few Pandemics to jail then 3 of us stole two clippers and robber 3 trade packs while heading west. The dynamics of the ships is great, harpoon gun is superb if you connect!

Yes, if you steal from people on your own realm or kill them, you build up crime points if people report you. Blood on the floor with your name on it or footprints if you've been stealing. After you pass 50 crime points you get a Wanted buff, if you die in a PvP enviroment you are sent to the docks to stand trial against a player based Jury. Your sentence is then decided by the players.

Finally got online and got up to 9 this morning, feels quite nice and fluid. Back in a queue now after the maintenance though

Got on this morning at 3 am GMT just after the maintenance. Five hours of play did only 2.5 levels to 38.7 but did mine 900 Iron and around 600 stone, then got disconnected and game would not allow me back in, wondering if this is intentional due to the AFK script users. Anyone else had the same? When I could finally get the client to login again it was asking for a code, waited for the email and entered that and back of the queue 2729 so no more play today.

Had some great PvP over the weekend, few 5-10 vs 5-10 fights on the open seas, made around 100 Gilda Stars stealing people's tradepacks. Great fun. Finally finished my Hasla weapon too, something crazy like a 35% increase in DPS. Working on crafting now, which brings to the fore my only real gripe with the game - being slowed down by labour regen.

Last two mornings they announced servers going down, 4am GMT, I suspect this is to boot out afk kb macro users. I was also having issues with the green splash screen not completing so the game never started. After looking online I deleted a UDF directory under My Documents\Archeage\Users, it had over 17000 files generated in it. After deletion game loaded correctly.

Managed to get up to 19 now, enjoying it so far when I can get in. Logged in when I got in from work about 20 mins ago with an eye to playing for a bit around 10ish by the looks of things trololol.

I logged on at 1:15pm GMT after work and check at 6:30pm GMT still 257 in queue >1h, Gave up went to bed. Walked dog at 6am local (2am GMT) then played for 2 hours. Really unsure whether to just dump this server and start again but won't I loose the starter items from the gold pack. I unlocked them on 2 chars. Are they for all chars you create or just a fixed quantity? Looked at the site but still unsure.
