and asking hibs not to give albs in hib fun in irvr

And there-in lies the problem, whatever hibs do when the majority of the realm is online a minority of albs undo when when the population is to insignifacant to matter .. after a while you ask yourself .. whats the point .. the answer is - there is no point,its not fun, so why bother.

Weather Mythic see it is another question, i doubt they will, i really doubt they even care now they are developing War.

I'm sorry but I fail to see what any of this actually achieves

All I see is some ACer's took some relics as per usual, pissing off the majority of the server. But it's not the first and it's not the last time it will happen. The way the game is designed, a small bunch of arses can affect the way the whole server is overnight, simply because it's a 24/7 game - a flaw really in the game design itself - a complaint to take to Mythic if anyone.

I can see why some nice Albs lowered the keep to level 1, feeling the Albs did not deserve them - and tbh - who's business is it what they do with their keep? Banning them was wrong - Silly move by GOA but you can kind of see why they did it.
BUT it doesn't stop the fact that the ACer's will always be around.
We can protest as much as we like, the ACer's will always be here.

The only way to "stand-up" to them is for either guildmates or guild leaders to shun them or kick them out of their guilds. Also the other realms should gang up on the Realm that AC'd. Just organise the whole realms to hit back at them the next day in primetime.

The relics should be reset every 2 weeks or so on low population servers so that the zerging realm can never have too much of an advantage.

I just hope hibs are all rolling bainshees so that in 10 days they can whoop the ACers back to the hole they came from

Indeed what beats me is that they did not even investigate the claim being made to clarify if we have repeat offender Alarm Clock raiders or if this was simply a witch hunt. That is the real shocker. All they had to do was look for people who are in the logs who have constantly been taking Hib relics and bingo they would have identified the real problem.

It's pretty worthless without being linked to active DaoC accounts. A large proportion of those who have signed have stated publicly they are not actively playing anymore. And why should GoA or anyone else take notice of something that could be signed by anyone - not necessarily DaoC players at all? (this is NOT a flame but an observation that whatever the intentions the petition idea is flawed).

Whilst I think it is unfortunate because it will kill off the game more quickly, the Hib response to unclaim towers and stay out of frontiers is much more powerful because it is clearly demonstrable that it is being done by active players.

I see loaded statements like 'witch hunt', 'banned' and 'griefing' but no actual substance. 2 people got a slap on the wrist for undermining their realmand all of a sudden it's drahmaz. Where's the witch-hunt? Who got banned? Who's griefing?

AC raids are nothing to do with this issue. What I find particularly hypocritical is that a large majority of the people posting 'AC raids kill kittens, oh noez we don't have a chance to defend!' are the same people who refuse to have anything to do with the siege side of RvR as it's 'no-skill zerging meights'. I don't AC raid, I like siege fights and I much prefer beating defenders than guards however I don't see how people who clearly do enjoy that are 'griefing' you. If you enjoy siege RvR as much as you say you do, then you can still do that if you want to take your keeps back, there's no special thing about an ACed keep that means it can't be taken back primetime. Last I checked this was a game not a job, if you're having fun taking keeps back, then what's the harm? If you're not having fun taking keeps back then I'd suggest you wouldn't have fun defending either so why the whine about not being able to?

Really the levels of hypocrisy and bullshit in this thread are legendary. Untwist your knickers ladies.

Thing is we do have fun defending/taking keeps but NOT at 4 am in morning it seems you addresing this to Hibs should you not be addressing this to ALBS as this is reason that Hib have released keeps/twrs as it is utterly pointless when Alb AC crew decide they can do what they want with taking of Relics So the other realms cannot participate ????
