and theres me thinking Im the only one that remembers the old zx81. Where you had to either use a tape or <gasp> even type in the code from a magazine. Those days were fun. Taught me a lot about computers in general.

Feels like it also . I find it quite interesting that they say that this is a beta and so forth well yes its a beta but its the game that should be beta tested not an account system.
Just a previous poster very nicely put it.
When i want to test account systems i can do that at work.

@Major Horrigan thx for the advice i just did that and tried it in the IE7 one and it went thru straight away .
Just wish i did that straight away insted now i probably have to w8 for ages until the mail comes. Wondering what the average time is for the processing of the keys with this temporary system.
Btw temporary systems in software companies tend to get production systems hopefully not here.

I've just entered my code via the new page as I already had an account for the site, how long are people having to wait for the mail to come through for confirmation.

I did it over an hour ago and have recieved nothing and cannot log into the patcher either.
