I've tried IE7, Firefox, Safari and Chrome, and all 4 browsers return the same "Authentication is momentarily unavailable" message.

So I still can't even log in to my account, let alone enter my key. I can't register a new account because registration is unavailable aswell.

hey when you get your first e-mail and register your activastion code waited 18 hrs for mine, now i have to wait for an e-mail telling me if my code number was ok. Im losing the will to live

You can access it all by pressing "Code" to the left.

I got a confirmation email through, got all excited and rushed home from the office.

But unfortunately when I run the patcher and enter my details I get the error

Looks like something didn't work Makes we wished I'd applied for several BETA keys as now I'm shafed hehehehehe

As a lot of people seem to be a little confused over this I'm going to post up some quick Q&As. If you have other questions then please post them below and I'll try to answer them, please don't post anything else other than questions in this thread so that it's easy to find the important info.

Q: I can't log into the site, I get the 'Authentication servers are offline message'
A: Yes, you do not need to login to the site to use this page. Simply go to here and fill in your details.

Q: Who can use that page?
A: Anyone who already has a beta centre account - this means anyone who created an account to apply for the closed beta or to recieve the newsletter even if they didn't get a closed beta invite. In addition, anyone who created an account on our site yesterday and has received a confirmation email.

Q: I don't have an account yet, when will I be able to use my key?
A: We are bringing a new account centre online, at the moment we have no ETA for this but we will keep you informed via the news.

Q: I put my details in, now what?
A: All you need to do now is to wait for an email from us. This email will either confirm that your validation is complete (in which case you can log in and play) or that there was a problem with your details (in which case you need to go back and resubmit your information).

Q: Why are you doing it this way?
A: To reduce the load on the database server we have an asynchronous system. What this means is that when you put your details in, the system will store it, another system will then check it and confirm the details to you. This means the whole system is much smoother.

How come people have their emails in minutes and Im still waiting hours?

I think with me I was just very fortunate to get mine in under an hour. Im convinced I piggy backed all those from yesterday and slipped into the net just before they took the database down his morning.
But then yesterday I did like waste 11 hours trying to even see the screen where I could enter the key.

I have entered the BEta key vs my account on the new page but clocking my email from GOA to confirm my account says it is blocked and suspended rofl.

Anyone getting the same.

No need to log in to your account to register keys.. just choose "code" ontop of menu to the left and fill out form..

This is getting stupid now, i knew we'd have problems but nothing like this, to make things worse my fella managed to register his lastnite and is sat next to me playing although hes only just got his confirmation email about 30 mins ago and they sent him it 3 times.
