Whoever decided it was a good idea to not allow open beta registration until the open beta started needs to be moved into another role.
At this rate the servers will not get a stress test, and retail release will see the game servers fall. That of course depends on whether the account servers will be able to handle more than 50,000 people trying to create an account and register their retail key.
Feels more like an alpha test of their registration system, than an open beta of the game servers.
ladies and gentlemen im pleased to announce that the open beta registration opening is coming up to 36 hours ago and we are still no were thankyou
What You say is somewhat contradictively.
If you don't do the test in a testsituation as similar as possible to the release day,
the test results are truly worthless.
Honestly, what would upset You most, to wait over a day to get access
to the OB (that is free), or to be in same situation at the actual release date?

How can they call it Warhammer Online .. when most of it is currently Offline ...
I've just tried to enter my validation key, and got this funky little box with a spinning spiky wheel. That's it. Nothing to say thanks, your request has been submitted, just a permanent processing pic, I don't even know if their server got the details to check, let alone if it'll be successful.
