Really think this whole 'BAN SUAREZ FOR LIFE' bullshit is a bit much, just make him play in a muzzle or something.

has anyone got a slow mo replay of it? The one is saw looked like he tried to headbutt him but seen the pics of the teeth marks since. Chillini's shoulder went up into his face but probably as a reaction to being bit... He probably genuinely did hurt his teeth tho ;)

He wanted the double whammy.. A biting headbutt! It his new ultimate ability but unfortunately he has not quite perfected it yet and the headbutt didnt quite connect!

And LMFAO at him trying to say it was an accidental collision to his countries media!

Im sorry..with his doctor saying he was very likely to do it again..he needs therapy..plenty of people have strange reactions to stress an anger that can be eliminated with treatment..he just.cant help himself and probably has to fight the urge to do it all the time..the flawed genius I guess

Anyway fifa would set a dangerous precedent banning a player from club football for a international offence. Would open a big can of club v country worms. Sense a long international ban for the bitter though!
For something as serious as this, I don't think they should even let him play club football. He did it on a football pitch so he should not be allowed to be on a football pitch. 'orrible bastard, biting is just such a fucking unpleasant thing to do, I hope they throw the book at him.

Where did you see that? If that's the case then he can't learn...
Luis Suarez row: How often do adults bite?
"It’s not pre-planned – it’s a very spontaneous, emotional response. He’s doing it on impulse,” says the psychologist, who has studied the footage extensively.

Most often biting is a sign of frustration. A negative response when tensions reach boiling point, he says.

“It’s in the man,” he says. “I would think that in five years’ time if there was a certain nerve hit or chord rung with Suarez in a different situation he would react in the same way.”
Soooo he should stop playing until he sorts his head out then.

I can't help but think all these 'Suarez is flawed' statements coming out are going to be used in his defence that he can't help it and get off lightly.

I am waiting for the old classic "The Ref saw the incident but decided to take no action. So we can't take retrospective action."

just a headbutt
I never said it was just a head but but the beeb reporting it last night showed it from behind Suarez at distance. Couldn't see anything, just saw Saurez but his head into him then fall over.... At no point did I say he didn't bite him I just hadn't seen it so didn't know how bad/obvious it was.

Muhammad Saeed al-Sahhaf err I mean Leading Uruguayan broadcaster Tenfield said:
"In our view, the TV images are not clear and you can’t see Suarez biting Chiellini’s shoulder.
"What you can see is Suarez stumbling after his jump for the ball, falling after hitting the shoulder of the tall Italian player with his face and ending up hurt as well, while Chiellini too falls to the ground with evident signs of pain because of the impact.

TBF teams are always asking for players with a bit more bite in their play..... maybe he just didn't understand the metaphor?

I would say yes for the first or even second offence but this is third time and he still does it. On the biggest stage of all. So he should have a ban from domestic as well as international. International only really won't affect him tbh. Hit him in the wallet a season of no wages from his domestic club or six months even. As well as a full wc cycle international ban
Lifetime World Cup Ban tbfh, no future tournament participation, no coaching, nothing.

Think people are taking it a bit ott tbh, what's a little bite between friends ;) surely the multiple players caught elbowing people in the face are just as bad? Yes biting is a lot weirder but probably hurts less and does less damage then an elbow to the nose..... It's just such a bizarre form of assult so it gets more attention. If Suarez should never play again then neither should Fellani, than cunt throws elbows around like it's going out of fasion. Or Pepe. How many times has he put his head in, or kicked shit out of some diver to the hilarity of the rest of the world.... Yeah biting is something you expect a toddler to do but I don't see the difference between this and any other form of assult that happens in a game

Because sometimes an elbow or catching someone with your boot can be accidental where as biting is fully intentional, stupid and he's already done it twice. Ban him or pull all his teeth out, he would look better anyway.

Even an intentional elbow isn't as bad as the bite - elbows are generally malicious which deserve a ban, sure, but the biting is a complete loss of sensibility, you can see it in how he goes in: he's just lost control.
