I do believe the annoyance was with albs breaking Irvr port after themselves setting it up...

Well all know why they do it: They get Irvr they notice no action even with Irvr (since its 04.00 in the morning), so their braincells goes into overload and come up with a solution..."duh, well prolly get more inc if we just go siege one of their towers fellas...duh". So off into the woods they go to start the sieging, and surprise suprise, only the odd soloer shows up (since he is the only one logged on), here too. So they take the tower, get bored and log.

Please get it into your thick heads that breaking port does NOT mean more action in the middle of the night. Its means NO action, because its to late for people to care.

Take the freaking keep, setup Irvr see what action you can get, if none, go and farm Darkspire or atleast some more rewarding PvE than taking keeps.

Within 24 hrs guarantee Mids break iRvR in their realm, and begin trying to get it in Albion again.
