The Crow - a beautiful movie

Rostam, you a John Woo fan, 'eh? I loved A Better Tomorrow and Hard Boiled, but The Killer is where it's at. John Woo+Chow Yun Fat= winning combination.

So that wasn't John Travolta in Battlefield Earth then? Or Broken Arrow? Or The General's Daughter? Or Michael, Phenomenon, Look Who's Talking, etc etc etc

And that wasn't Brad Pitt in Kalifornia? Seven Years in Tibet? The Devil's Own, Legends of the Fall, A River Runs Through It, Cool World, etc etc etc

I mean come on, they're hardly shining examples of the acting fraternity.

Also I'm assuming when you refer to "Taxi" as a 'classic' you mean "Taxi Driver"...

Did anyone else notice how when Braveheart came out, it actually got shitty reviews, and everyone said it was crap. Then it shockingly won a shedload of oscars, and suddenly everyone was saying it was an amazing film.

My fave film would probably be Yojimbo or Sanjuro.
