Met up with some old school mates. One came over from Australia to meet up.

For a few precious hours, we all left our wives, kids, worries & concerns at home. A bunch of happy-go-lucky scamps, we felt 20 years younger. You can't buy that feeling.

A few sherberts, a few photos, plenty of laughs, re-telling old stories, & a red hot curry in a tiny backstreet near Liverpool St (my arse will feel like someone's pouring hydrofluoric acid through it tomorrow). One for the road, and we all drifted off our separate ways.

I had every intention of going to work today. Now I just can't be arsed. The upside: no office politics & annoying meetings; the downside: I now have to go to lunch with the Mrs to her sisters. She's (the sister's) into astrology, yoga, and incense burning in every room.

Tempted to light up a fag and take a shit in her bath, but won't go down very well.
