We had nothing. No organised stuff, but we always managed to find something todo. The estate I grew up had a "gang" of about 20 kids. We never caused trouble and sat around a bridge most of the time (over a river) and just chatted the evening way.

Its not just burgerking jobs anymore - I know jobs in the 40-50k that arent even being offered to UK citizens and believe me you can find hardworking brits for that money...

The laziness argument is so fucking dishonest, because what you're basically saying is that in every industrial country 20-40% of people aged 18-25 are lazy. That is at least to me, a ridiculous proposition. Common fucking sense should tell you that in a shitty economy, the youth who are usually the most recent employees are the one's who will get kicked out first. They're also the one's that end up last in the pile of applicants because for some reason, they don't have 20 years of experience working - I mean what were the entitled brats doing for all those years? Sucking at their mums tits?

Consider also the fact that higher education is required for almost anything that doesn't involve burger flipping, and you have a fairly shitty situation. To add more crap to the already fairly tall pile of shit, the government raising the tuition cap has pushed university out of reach for a fairly large amount of people.

What the hell are they supposed to do? "Get a job"? Fuck off.
