Apparently 'Dry Your Eyes' is the song which Chris martin was supposed to be doing backing vocals for. I think it would have worked :)

So long as Chris Martin, **** that he is, was being fed head first into a mincing machine at the time.

Oh, and 'Fit but you know it' is awful. An embarrasment. Nothing on 'AGDCFF' is a patch on Original Pirate Material.

Original Pirate Material was O.K, had some great tunes on it (Weak Become Heroes, It's Too Late, Don't Mug Yourself), but the rest was too bitty, too fragmented. A lot of the tunes were great ideas poorly developed, as a result they just sounded like a bassline Mike had come up with but couldn't figure out how to put to music. A Grand Don't Come For Free is a far more polished affair and far more enjoyable to listen to from start to finish, which is what I personally look for in an album.
