I watch a lot of the liverpool games and we suffocate the opposition. I didn't think Spurs were bad. I just thought we were much better. We force teams into making errors. Same old same old. Not a Tottingham problem.

Cracking end to a curtain drawn on the Merseyside Derby at Goodison, it felt like a battle of old.

Scenes at full-time though, woosh. Every thread I've seen, no matter what media is full of immense bitters though.

Well we were shafted a well deserved win yesterday, the result was going the same route as Tottenham a few weeks ago.

While a victory wasn't guaranteed with a potential to be given, the opportunity was well and truly stolen from us.

The ref got the decision right with his own eyes but the VAR team mislead the situation. No doubt we'll be getting an apology from it.

Infuriating that there was 3-4 angles one showing it was a dead cert, and that was the angle that wasn't shown. Ridiculous

Maybe if Young hadn't thrown himself to the ground so theatrically they'd have been more sympathetic. If you look at it impartially and take Young's exaggerated dive out of the equation, there was very little actual contact from De Ligt or Maguire, certainly not enough to make him go down like he'd been shot.
