What shit did I just come home to? Wish I hadn't turned the tv on. Bloody hell the defending is fucking awful

It is just the worst section of what is a pretty awful performance from top to bottom, MK Dons could of really had a few more as well.

Just another set of games they dont have to play in, they could have a 40 game season and win the league as everyone else is fighting on 4 fronts.

I just had to come back for this, hilarious stuff.

You're getting sacked in the morning, you're getting sacked in the morning and so on and so forth.

The 3-5-2 system has been found wanting in the Premier League since the mid 1990s. Lambert at Villa has tried it a few times and it's been an unmitigated disaster, but then he is useless and not Uniteds latest messiah.

I always thought a playing formation should be chosen to get the best out of the players, not forced on them at any cost. Disgraceful stuff from United tonight, long may it continue.

Yay. You're back muthafucka!

Where you been? On yer hols?

Reevaluating things a little. Just going to stick certain people on ignore and be done with it. They just aren't worth not being part of FH because they need things explaining to them all the time or have some weird anti-infatuation thing going on.

That was a pathetically sorry walk out period. Also, a double negative in that last post. Still welcome back and stop taking internet forums so seriously.

Man Utd were dire, he should have picked a strong team because they need a win to get confidence building. Di Maria suddenly realised what he taken on by joining them I think. There is no strength in depth, and very little strength full stop so you cant put a weak team out when everyone is low on confidence.

We really need a couple of years to build the team back up, we let too many players leave this summer (Evra, Rio, Vidic etc etc) and have no true rock/leader on the pitch anymore. I still stick with needing 2cbs, 1wb, and 1cm to have a strong starting 11. From that we then need to start building on some depths. I dont care if we have 9 injuries currently, even with them all fit we got work to do in terms of players. Hate to say it but I feel this is the reason Fergi left when he did. He knew the squad was about to break apart and would need to spend a couple more years developing yet another team and he just didnt want the trouble of doing so at this stage of his life. Don't blame him for leaving but gave the person taking over a thankless task as they could never live up to past success.

This time they have to give the manager time to get things working again and not do a Chelsea and change manager constantly. Need to accept that we are not challenging for anything for at least another season, and just keep the faith that in time we be back up there... and hope we dont do a Liverpool and fade from the top for decades!

Nah... Moyes won his first game.

Also how did de gea bottle last season? He was the only thing that kept United in games last season when defense went awol.

All that money spent four nothing ...
We were dog shit tonight. Not even a team that played bad, we were just exposed as the average team we seem to be at the moment.

BUT, this comment is nonsense since none of the players we've bought were on the field...

De Gea was one of the few positives for Utd last season. Welcome back though @Raven. Let the facepalming begin. :flame::upyours::flame::upyours::flame:

Burnley is suddenly a ridiculously important game. The team needs confidence and quick. They need to go out and hammer Burnley at the weekend to build some back sharpish.

I don't think it was fair, I've checked the footage, the MAN U goal had a big hole at the front,
you could simply kick the ball into it.
Unless by some chance one of their players got in the way.

Woeful defence but also woeful from De Gea who bottled it last season and hasn't improved since.

Did you actually watch any the matches last season? Or you just pulling comments out your ass based on what clueless internet warriors spoke about when De Gea first joined the club and had to adapt to the physicality of the league (He put a lot of physical training in to be able to cope with this).
I would say, other the Januzaj starting his development at first team level, De Gea was the only player to put in constantly good performances. Evra also would be up there. Beyond that no one was constantly decent
