Yeah, he wants to be where Lamps / Gerrard play. You saw in the first half he probably broke team orders and broke free quite a bit, forcing Lamps to sit back more.

Cho: I think Wenger will manage his development well, despite the best efforts of our press to ruin him.

I dunno, arrested for fighting, lots of twitter nonsense. I fear it is already changing him for the worse and it pisses me right off even if he does play for a big rival. These young lads need the time and space afforded to the likes of Scholes and even Giggs to some extent, all the spotlight does is corrupt by feeding the ego and diverting your attention from what matters most. Pennant is a classic example of that really, should have went on to being a regular for England but ended up in the papers every few weeks living the lifestyle and squandering a talent.

I hope for the best with Whilshere but I do fear the worst as the signs are already there and the media are determined to keep him in the spotlight, just waiting for him to explode and fall from grace. Cnuts the lot of them, I don't buy tabloids anymore for this reason and even most of the broadsheets are at it these days as well.

It's starting to happen with Josh McEachran as well, i'm sure they'll do their best to fuck him up.

You just have to hope the people in charge are strong enough to keep him on track, off the internet and out of the papers.

Wenger will do fine by Jack but like Theo he could of done with staying away from the national squad for a while.

I know some of you will think it is my anti-London bias but I honestly do believe that the bright lights of the captial and all the distractions it has to offer ruins a massive percentage of the young talent that plays there. Arsenal are a quality club and will do their best by Whilshere no doubt but there are certain things that they cannot protect him from and London is awash with them.

Lots of money, big ego and a ton of spare time in a place like London is often a disaster waiting to happen. Fingers crossed it doesn't get a hold on any more of our best young talent.

After watching the BBC's 'The Chinese are coming' program I think we might as well all become Chinese anyway, they are taking over at an incredible rate. :p

haha i agree, them nutters are taking over soon it seems :D

I went to visit some mates in Beijing a couple of years ago, during my stay, there were problems with muslim chinese workers in some western provinse.

The situation led to riots in which some people got killed as a result China turned off the internet for 14 days while letting the military sort the situation.

Great :( I really hope they get relegated. And that Brady can fuck right of the dirty slag.

Were Leyton Orient in for the stadium at any point? To my mind, a 25,000 seat stadium that had a football club using it over the winter seemed like a good deal. I know you would never fill it, but it would be a great advert for the club provided it was converted properly.

All I can see now with another club moving in is trouble for your club given you are so close to it.

We never wanted it. We only expressed an interest years ago when the plan was to reduce it to a 20,000 seater stadium.

West ham don't fill upton park. If they move in to a 60,000 seater stadium they will be charging league one ticket prices from premiere league football. The ground is a 10 minute walk from Brisbane road.

We (Londons second oldest club) will probably have to move out of east london and into essex if this goes ahead. It will anihilate any hope of ever gaining a larger fanbase.

What a fucking legacy. No one even likes athletics :(

Another great English prospect to keep an eye on is Ravel Morrison, ability and pace to burn. If he keeps his head right and works hard he most likely the next youngster from the youth side to break into the first team.

Some overzealous reporting there methinks bud, his reputation is actually based on the arrents of scumbags he grew up with in Longsight and Levenshulme. Sadly he is still clinging onto those friends and it is threatening his longterm potential. I know the area well and the mentality of young lads down there is pretty horrific, United need to find a way to pull him away from all that for good. He had bags of potential, everytime I see him play he does things that blow others his age off the pitch. Probably the best young player I have seen at United in a decade or more but it is all raw potential at the moment and could be spoiled by a bad attitude.

I know what you are saying, and living in London when you earn £10k+ a week and have thousands of people who know who you are and will say anything to get a free ride it must put a lot of temptation in his path.

But like you said Wenger saw Pennant going that way and got rid of him. So he can always use that as an example to Jack. I really do not get the impression he is just in it for the money I think he loves his football and would love to do well for England so hopefully that will keep him grounded.

But so far for a 19 yo in central London he has only been arrested for breaking up a fight lol. Pennant had already stolen Ledly Kings car while drunk and on a driving ban :)

they must be laughing.

The sale of Joleon Lescott for a fee of about £24m to Manchester City helped Everton avoid losses of £22m in the financial year ending 31 May 2010.

Wtf? How are Everton losing £22 million a season with a squad and wage bill as small as theirs?

Karren Brady reveals her vision of West Ham's future at the Olympic Stadium | The Sun |Sport|SunSport Columnists

What a stupid skank.

Hopefully they will be playing championship/league1 football with a view like this:
