Got to feel sorry for Cardiff though, the money from one season in the premier league would have solved most of the financial problems they have.

Well done Blackpool though, Holloway is sure to give some class interviews next season :D

Cardiff aren't what I would call a one man team, but the vast majority of the good things we do go through Jay Bothroyd, once he went off after 10-15 mins I didn't have a good feeling.

Fair play to Blackpool though, they still had to go win it and win it they did. Obviously gutted, but good luck to them next year. :)

Fuckers. :p

Cardiff were unlucky on the day as well, injuries to key players, cross bars and near misses. BUt over the playoffs Blackpool have won me over with there no fear attacking style. Their defenders are constantly passing the half way line to cause problems for the defending team.

It will be a miracle if they stay up, I am sure they are increasing the capacity of the stadium also.

Delighted for Blackpool, the money from at least one season in the Premier League will transform them back into the great local club they used to be. Invest in the ground and facilities, then bounce back on the parachute payments. :)

I think i read promotion is worth £90mil this season massive for a club not used to Premiership money.

Just got back from Wembley fair play to Blackpool they wanted it more,Over all thought for 90 mins played Blackpool were the better side for 70 of them.

I'm Gutted no words can say what I really feel just hope Jones keeps Nucleus of the team I know Ledley be gone soon just hope it not a mass Exodus.

As for Blackpool in Premiership all I can say is Enjoy it most fans I spoke to from Blackpool all know that staying in Premiership is a no brainer and they going to just enjoy the ride.Hope that Holloway isn't going to be made scapegoat for when things are not going they way next season.

Well done Blackpool :drink: As for me 1 word (GUTTED)

It £40 million for being in Premiership then with Parachute payments over next 4 years amounts to £50 million.

Inter winning, and had by far the best chances in the match.

2 real chances, scored one and other kicked at the keeper when should have finished it. But on both of them chances it was awful defending.

Munich are way to slow in their build up. Inter are so well organised it is crazy that they take so long to get the ball forward. If Munich dont change then they will struggle. They are reliant on set pieces from Robben it seems.

With that said, huge penalty appeal early in the game for munich. Inter got some luck there. Funny to see Robben crying alot though, that guy still has the spainish playstyle in his game, whine whine whine :D

Jose is a legend!

I do think it will be a mistake for him to head to Madrid, the fans there will not accept the way his teams play. They expect flair football and even if they win la liga next year the Barca fans will say when they win they do it beautifully and that will hurt the Madrid fans.

I don't think he cares that much tbh. If he goes to Madrid and wins he will be happy, having done something that no other manager has done, won every major league and various champions league titles with different teams.

Once he has done Spain I think he will come back to the premier league.

He is the best manager around atm, he is a cocky little bar steward but he has the results to back it up. Love the guy.

Shamelessly stolen from a Sunderland message board I frequent.

As a SAFC fan I love to see Geordies cry, especially ones who played for us and purposely buggered up a chance to score vs Newcastle at Sid James Park.

The guy giving him a hug is our own Mickey Gray. Not sure why I'm posting this here but I just wanted to world of FH to share in the joy that is watching Geordies cry.

god i've become fucking tired of the Mourinho love fest.

Man Utd win the treble, everyone calls them a great team

Barcelona win the treble, everyone calls them a great team

Inter win the treble, everyone calls Mourinho a great a manager

i guess that second goal he scored where he skinned Van Buyten before slotting it in was pretty good, as was that save he made at the start of the second half. What? That was a footballer?

Hmmm.... you mean the rumours about him knocking up a 16 year old when he was 19 himself? Hardly a scumbag.

Or was there more?

(oh btw, I think he is scum, but because of the assault thing)

This is what megadave's talking about, posted on another forum i read, take it's credibility as you will.

"After the world cup, a HUGE HUGE STORY about Gerrard is coming out.

He has a court case against this, and I've been told by a good source its going to be very very interesting."
