Was just looking up random stats on daoc-stats.de, total RP's, LRP's and such and suddenly noticed it didnt just write RR11L0 anymore, it started giving even higher RR's.

Figured this was an update before the increase in maximum realm rank, fine fine, but then, someone explain this.

How do the one with lowest amouth of RP become higher RR?

Its live on US, and no it isnt that, As Vanaya would be Fru, not Lord. And Vanaya is higher rl then Chronicle acording to that but still less rps so I'm quite sure its a bug.

gain only one rr from 8m to 23m rp is more then just slow, its still as pointless as playing now over rr11 now.

GOA xml files do not have realm rank information in them. In other words, other sites calculate the realm ranks and levels from the RP.
So it's not GOA bug. The guy at daoc-stats.com has probably added the higher RR's just so people can see what they'll be when that patch hits our servers, but it seems to be bugged. Drop him email or something
