No they would still have a good defence - just from the front arc.

And without the tank RAs mid groups would need to become more balanced rather than savage dominated.

yes it does hapen, ive had it happen to me and that was only with a triple not a quad hit.

When playing a SB solo and you get an encounter with infil that specced with DF, you'll loose for sure if he evade you once and you don't have purge. The stun itself isn't that overpwrd, it's the style. 9 sec stunn after one evade style is overpwrd. Make it possition based or something. Chain on side style maybe, so they have to work for it to be able to land it.

But what this thread is really about: yes.. savages are overpwrd.
But i think it will be better when chance of quad hit will decrease as they are planning now (which patch it will be i dunno)

Personally i doubt savages wil lbe nerfed any further savage dps have been reduced quad damage output have been put into line.
They are on skald HP and wear leather, gain evade 3, does not however gain offensive spells. only self buffs. no good "anytime style". the three most used is used from behind and from side of target and on evade. and in 2-h savage case on parry.

Valewalker get to deal quite massive amount of damage has self 250 af buff/dmgshield etc etc, can wield a 2-h at impressive speeds. I play one on prydwen now (/lvl30) and digs it bigtime.
has anytime styles

reaver has nasty dmg, styles gets to wear chain, insta DoT shout have acces to large shields, which makes him a overpowered warrior.
has acces to loads of anytime styles.

I know certain other classes who should phear a nerf more.
Infiltrator and enchanter to mention two.

Healer a class who is made to stun/mezz/heal best stun at lvl50 is 11sec, infiltrators has acces to a first in chain on evade 9sec stun style.
9sec is enuff to take down just about anything.
And dont give me no shit about purge, purge is an active RA chances are +50% it has been used up a already.

Imo take down stun time to 5-6sec and make DF 2nd in a chain of styles. as other assasains have to live with.

Savage imo got buggfixed i do not expect any more "nerfs" in the near future.

and add to that that mid has no group ra's that help the hybrids with being cc'ed like group purge or sos (at least they can move then etc, or can also attack if just rooted not mezzed).

imo thats one of the reason why you see champs or valewalkers or reavers or friars in decent groups sometimes while a thane is a very rare sight there.

Could be something about str/con poisons having full effect at debuffing weaponskill for SB's, but only half against DF-using infils?

Won't even mention the 2.5 specpts/level vs. 2.2 specpts/level difference.

Ekydus, its not just that infil have DF that is overpowered.

They get 2.5 Spec points. which does alot of difference.
They have first chain stun style, which Stuns for 9SEC! PA chain can be hard to land against other assasins and cd stun style gives only 6 sec stun.


Which means:
They can get better spec.
They evade easy and can spam stun style.
They get a 9Sec stun!

imo, give DF second style in a evade chain and giv 6sec stun (same as PA)

keep the 2.5 spec points. since SB can spec in 2h, not that it is so good tho.

this will alot difference. then the infils have to get some skillz aswell.. not just spam one button and hope for a evade. cause thats what they do. (seems like it atleast)

and plz! remove Shadow Run from the game and giv better realm ability to SB! PLZ!

(tho these days a Shadow run can be good to have, so u get away from the insane infils zergs)

funny i was sure i saw you whining about shamans end regen in another thread, bottom line is you understand one class is at the top of that specific type of class ie savage is best damage dealer in game atm, if its nerfed another class will take its place and people will whine about that class.

What i dont understand is why you continue to whine about classes if you understand this.
