Polished off a leg of spring lamb this afternoon with the biggest yorkshire pud imaginable (all roast dinners require yorkshire pudding or they're not technically a roast dinner IMO).

Followed it by a home made cherry pie and ice cream. Cherries picked Thursday night on my most recent tree-climbing jaunt

Mostly tho if pushed i would just go for a sorbet. Nice lemon or raspberry one.

Talking about desserts. I can very much recommend Salzburger nockerl for anyone into sweets. Hard to perfect but served with some raspberry compote makes for a perfect treat!
