This is all well and good but there is another way to better yourself. Do it silently without announcing it like it's an achievement. Or turn off the computer, experience life, then come back (with a less internety perspective of life).

Either way ... people would notice and say (in a few months) 'oh wow Toht isn't being so annoying' and then go back to posting about bikes and TV shows.
