People should try playing the game on expert without grind, that makes it a good bit mroe challenging. Basically; only gain experience in skills by progression, no iron dagger spam etc. Once you learn plate armor, only make that etc. Alchemy works very well in my opinion, can't -really- grind it that much.

dualwield assassin type here, no blacksmithing(my char is above manual labour ), throatslitting is the way to go. Running through invisibility potions like a mother though.

Just found out how useful the Ethereal shout is, when abseiling and running away.

Used that to kill a dude(without going into spesifics); stand in oil under explody firelantern, wait for dude, hit the lantern, ethereal, kill it with fire

Just a quick note;

set timescale to x

On console sets how many minutes ingame go by in one real minute. Default is 16 i believe. Set mine to 4, so i get some proper time to rob places during night(1.5h realtime). Bit more realistic and i don't think it effects the achievements(don't quote me on that).

I'd actually like a mod that would lower the lightlevels depending on weather. Not to mention, improve sneak.

Dungeons especially could use some real darkness when you sneak and steal torches.

SO last night I finally figured out the following

- How to train perks. I had 16 too spend and my dmg has quadrupled.
- How to get bk to towns faster then running and getting lost
- Who to buy stuff for to smith and how to do it.

The game has begun lads hah.

my wife keeps making comments along the lines of "Oh my husband, your back, been on another exciting adventure?" in what I can only assume is a sarcastic tone, I think somethings going on, I might go out for another "adventure" and hang about behind the house to see whats she up, I smell skullduggery......

went through a dungeon last night, was full of duegar death lords, scourges, a scourge lord . was really awesome and took me friggin ages. it's not even main quest, it's a tiny side quest. really cool!

Dualwield glass daggers and 15x perk, took two doubleshots(they come rather fast with flurryX2), but with the DB gauntlets it would one shot

I've started a magic/thief/stabby type character and am doing the thieves guild quests. Fking brilliant!

Only problem is I have 95 pick pocket but all my other skills are gimped I've literally robbed every npc in Solitude
