Rockstar Games: GTA V

Be interesting to see what Rockstar do with the radio. Personally in this age of internet connected consoles, I'd be tempted to do a sponsorship deal with a few actual stations as well as the in game music.

I'm personally in agreement with Ch3tan and others - I found the missions in most/all the 3D GTA games became very repetitive and the gameplay / engine mechanics for the action etc. did it no favours - I just didn't think the action was as good as.. well, a 3rd person action/shooter should be.

I'll give this a shot though, it's been a long time since I played GTA, so maybe I won't get so bored so quickly.

Now, if they could combine it with something like a revamped and improved Prototype - think a little less arcade-like action and more realism in graphics etc - now that'd be cool ^^

I remember the trailer.. Rockstar seem to have gone with GTA-esque models etc :/

It'd be a shame if its the last. The first two were two of my favourite single player experiences.

Meh. They ruined Max Payne, and GTA4 was a bag of boring shite tbh. Not really that interested in 5.

I'd only buy it if it had decent multiplayer tbh, it'd be nice to have a co-op campaign for GTA because the singleplayer aspect of GTA has just fucking dried right up for me, short of the story being different its practically the same every single time.... co-op campaign could yield some good laugh material tho.

It would be good with a decent story, there is nothing wrong with the world its set in but just driving around gets boring pretty fast.

Yup. Vice City is the only 3D GTA worth playing IMO.

GTA IV is where i lost interest really(this seeming to continue the trend), it became too realism based and i switched to the loonier saints row.

There's little impressive/changed though, so the "same old" comments do seem appropriate.

It's just been done before. It's not that GTA is bad, it's just getting to the point now where it's like a Fifa or NBA game, same shit, different year.

SR3, whilst nowhere near as polished, was about 100x more fun than the last GTA game I played.
