Viewcount on youtube doesn't update immediately, it does in small numbers but if the count/hr is high it just gives up for a while and updates periodically

How have you found any of the previous GTA games boring? If you dont feel like doing the next mission, just go do something else! Every game has endless possibilities..

If you only play it for the missions you'll be done with any of the games after 30-40 hours

GTA 4 was a disaster for this, and it's engine was awful. I have no faith in rockstar, they are just milking the cow for all it's worth.

Just from the last GTA's the missions have been pretty repetitive tbh, and I'm sort of expecting the same of this game, would be cool if there was more erm.. 'themed' missions breaking people out of prison and such, instead of drop of him, pick him up, chase him, run away from them, etc etc

This is more or less exactly what my every single attempt to play GTA4 descended into after about half an hour. Except without the gun hax.

I will probably still buy GTA5 when it comes out because I am a sheep

It's because the games are *fun*. Finding all the cars, driving around the cities, there's heaps of non-story stuff to do. Admittedly there was more to do in San Andreas and I hope they bring that back but it does look like we get some decent countryside to play around in. Compare the amount of stuff to do in your average GTA release with something like Mafia 2 and GTA, no competition.

There's nothing wrong with trying to get 6 stars and then seeing how long you can last before you are busted and/or dead (the tunnel by the car garage in San Andreas springs to mind as an *excellent* police trap) - it's an important psychological experiment.. or something. Although why you would need a gun cheat to do it is beyond me...

I can't wait for number 5, just like I couldn't wait for all of the ones that came before.

Will it be as shit as GTA 4? Most likely.

The game went tits up after San Andreas, I clocked so many hours into that game (and Liberty City Stories on PsP) it was unreal, but after an hour I was bored of GTA4. Not holding any hope for this one at all. Now has anyone seen my psp charger?.. after 2 years I think it's time for go on a kill spree with some stunts using my huge garage full of fbi cars.. gotta love that progress .

EDIT : Oh and fix the fucking driving please, it was insanely shit in GTA4. No more mass speed dodging traffic before death :|.

From the trailer it looked like they are going back to the San Andreas theme Everz. It had big countrysides, and I think I saw a jet at some point

IMO they need to get three things right: The driving and flying controls, the scenery (deserts, countrysides and citys- rather than one massive city) and the radio. I can still remember half the songs from San Andreas

The radio was mint.. such a great feature and they need to get that right tbh. Yeh but Rockstar have been turning out shit lately, if it's anything like GTA4 then a similiar location won't save it imo.

Driving was wank in GTA4 as noted.
