Another suggestion for a location, The Elbow Room. At Bayswater, Islington or Swiss Cottage. They do a deal where you can hire a whole room (including free pool) if you spend over a certain amount at the bar, shouldn't be too hard with us lot there (TedTheDog would probably sort it out single handed anyway ) (at least they did this deal a while ago, dunno if it's still the case).
