Not entirely, obviously it's a well reviewed game but a games "goodness" is entirely subjective. Perhaps I've just been spoiled by the likes of GTR/GTR2, though even Grid and PGR3/4 felt like much more solid racers than Forza 3.Yet it has a metascore of 92 fair enough you didn't like it but obviously its a good game.

If you believe the reviews of GTA4, you would be lead to believe it was the reincarnation of christ and would cure cancer and HIV within the next year. I found it to be pish, quite possibly the most boring game I had played in a long time. How does that obviously make it a good game when id rather circumscise myself with a rusty bread knife than do another, drive 10 minutes, kill someone, drive back mission for the 487th time?
Each to their own.
Very tempted to get an Xbox for Dust 514, though I am hoping they see sense and release it on the PC too.
Mine has never broken which is more than can be said about a Sony promiseSo hush your noise and go back to your Xbox.
Oh I'm sorry, you can't. It's broken. Again.
if its more silent then i may trade in my elite
Is the PS3 considered noisy? I have it in a cabinet under the TV and can't even tell if its on without looking at the power light.
None of the consoles are known for being "very quiet" so stop talking pish. Now if you were saying "in comparison to a 360" then you'd be correct.
PS3's are known for being very quiet. They can get loud when they're really hot, though.
Not really, with less than 60 seconds spent on another UK forum: PS3 fan stepping/noise - exsessively loud for some. - Sony PlayStation - Digital Spy ForumsActually, my post was completely correct. Stop being a lame troll. If you tried a little harder, you could probably construct a decent argument once in a while.

General consensus seems to be that a 360 makes more noise than a PS3.
I'm not trying to troll or construct an argument (decent or otherwise). In this instance, what you have said does not add up, simple as. Unless of course I've missed a gaming industry campaign for "silent consoles" somewhere?
