2139ws and hitting mid chain(capped resist ones) 200 or so mainhand without crits(if not diseased) 120-140 offhand, studded=300s mainhand 150s offhand, scale about same, now savages what's your damage like to ours?(rr9 merc and rr9 bm)

Yes but i have 2k+ weaponskill a savage doesn't but can outhit zerk/bm/merc.The dps buff makes their base damage go to silly amounts, hit for 950 by a savage today(this is with 812af...) and near same amount earlier at speed cap...then people claiming they aren't overpowered.(without str relics any slash/blades merc/bm hits mid chain for crap damage after disease)

I play mid on excal too, i just would love to see the realm having more of their classes fixed(i.e some speclines boosted like darkness sms, thanes boosted a bit in certain areas, LA boosted by 10% or so damage) and savages put on equal terms with other tanks.

Dont think you get any idea on how the class performs well tweaked RR5+ with buffs and top gea, artifacts and a decent amount of dmg-enhancing RA's while you are levelling it in Malmo (or wherever).

Dont you think the people meeting them everyday in RvR and noticing a savage kills as fast as 2 mercs assisting have a clue ?

I have never said that I base my impression of savages on my own gimpy low-RR savage, if u read my post again you'll (maybe) see that I base my impression of savages on playing lots of rvr as a support class... my point is that some savages do a lot of damage, way more than their competing counterparts in the other realms, but most are not overpowered at all.

Basing your view on savages on the actions of a very small percentage of savages is called generalization - thus I am having problems taking this thread seriously (it's like those "all albs / hibs / <insert guild name here> zerg" threads that were so popular once on BW)

Simple as that Sure a rr4 savage could do a lot of damage before "nerf" or "correction" or "bug fix" or whatever u wish to call it, but now they are fine imo.
