But we always catch them cos the admins at NGUK are always around when needed and we jump in with both feet to help people. So next time you see a cheater come and report it and we will stop them in their tracks ok?? ;@)
I`m sure the Barrysworld peeps are doing their best to combat cheating to. How about not picking and do something about it !!

Well its a shame people have that view. I always found them to be a really nice bunch of chaps and got to know them quite well. As are the BW people.
I love online gaming. Be it on BW, what was WP, NGUK, jolt etc. I use and like all these services. Regardless of what you think, all these people have made a large and important impact on the UK online gaming scene. I find the 'fanboy' attitude of some people rather odd. They provided a free and, in most cases, good and valuable service to us gamers. Why people have to choose one service and declare thier love for them and then say they hate others is silly and immature. If you had to pay for the service I could maybe understand. But thier servers were there for people to use for free. You did not have to use the servers, forums or anything else. I can't deny that NGUK had its fair share of muppets on there servers and the way they promoted themselfs was questionable on occation. But I never really had any issuse with them and what people did not realise (velvet ) is the 'suits', who did not really care about gaming, put a huge amount of pressure on the server staff to get as many people on the servers etc as possible - therefore going on the forums - therefore clicking on the ads. Thats what screwed Wireplay. Anyway, most problems were caused by childish players and a few idiot admins who abused thier admin rights (That said most NGUK admins I know are star players imo). It is wrong to attack the people who started this service and worked damn hard. There was only 4 of them and I often found them in IRC very late at night because they were working really late to get stuff done. For those who don't know what is happening over at NGUK; well not many people do. Its all rather quiet. But what we do know is that the 4 core staff have walked out because they did not like what thier financial backers wanted (forced) them to do. For that i think they deserve a pat on the back for standing up for thier principles, where you agree or not.
At this rate online gaming in the UK is headed for a crisis. What with BW nearly going down the pan, Wireplay gone and NGUK in a dire situation. We should not be atacking the people who have worked hard to improve the UK gaming scene. Maybe slagging of the corparate monkeys who don't really care about us but not the guys who were on our side.
The lads at NGUK were dedicated and pasionate about gaming and I wish them all the best in there next venture. The BW staff may have had the odd dissagrement with the NGUK staff, don't all companies at some point, and I doubt it was personal most of the time. A sad day indeed and I really hope NGUK can be saved.
