What always cracks me up , is you see the same threads on other gps's about bw or wp or whatever. There is always attacking and bitching about partiuclar incidents .. which by defualt tars the whole communtiy with that brush .. yet it's not the case.

I've seen these threads pop up on by about people banned from bwcs ( and i did see these incidents first hand in #bwadmins being an ex so and so ) and the threads would be blown all out of proportion and bore no resemblance to what actually went on .. and from that hatred / twatishness would arise. Or the few dodgy incidents which did happen were also blown far out of proportion.

meh got all rambling .... what I want to say is let's forget about any tosh thats happened in the past. Given the not so perky position of bw and most other gsp's .. people should be welcomed not tarred before they even arrive. If someone acts like a twat , treat them like a twat .. but at least give em the chance to. BY as with you lot are 80 - 90 % all right










Now if it were jolt .. thats another matter :E

Hot-soup. BWCS and arguments? Never! There were some real classics, and I am sure from memory that not all were blown out of proportion -some incidents really where that bad

Its sad to see them go, always enjoyed playing C&C:Renegade on the BY servers, but I'm not surprised that Telewest took this move since it needs to gain some focus again.

Completely apathetic about this tbh. As you may or may not know, I was an ex-WP player, until they folded (don't mention the current 'WP', because it's not the same service and it is a complete fucking joke tbh), and so moved to BY for a couple of month to see what way it would turn out. Didn't like it much (support was risable and the website was a shambles - still is imo), despite the fact that most of the people there were the same ex-WPers I had known for years.

So I became more involved over here about 2 years ago, having been here intermittently since reg'g in '99.

Can't exactly say I regret the full-time move tbh, cos I've had some brilliant times here, playing Q3, running leages etc.
