I will start by saying this is unlikely to affect us in a positive way. We may see a trickle of new subs but on the whole there are plenty of other gsps and public clan servers for people to play on.

Surely you want consumers to have confidence in the gsp they are paying money to. What about all the subs at by who won't see a refund?

They need to be confident that the gsp won't bugger off after 3 months of them coughing up some cash. How do they know this isn't the case at game too?

BY seem to be saying they will refund all subs that wont be used and all subs for October.

We cant lose something we never had (BY users I mean). If users come to us then it will effect us positively, if they don't then it will be neither positive or negative for us, things will carry on at game.net as normal.

As for them needing to be confident that the gsp won't bugger off, this applies to every GSP in the world, the only time this would effect us negatively is if current subscribers to game.net feel this is the case and go somewhere else. This could happen whether BY closes or stays open.

guess what im saying is BY closing cant take anything away from us, but has the potential to offer us a lot.
