I love my greens but pulped down even with some ingredients to enhance the flavor is difficult to swallow in the mornings. I've done spinach and kale tomorrow I'll try half cucumber and half spinach and see if that is a little more palatable.....

A PS2 to USB adapter which works a treat? Why is that nerdy and awesome? As it means I can use my IBM Model M keyboard again.

Faptastic peice of kit! Want to see if I can get away with one and still stream from NAS (upstairs) to TV (downstairs). AC ducting usually means I have to get two bridged over a 5 GHz radio. That you dont eat all the fruit you put in a smoothy in one go. Like you done eat a banana half a punnet of respberries and a kiwi in one go. Which you could easily drink if made into a smoothy. Hence your consumption of sugar would be more than if you consumed the fruit in a normal manner.

A smoothy has the same sugar or more as a can of coke for example.
