Monday agromon event.

Hi all,
hope to see you in agramon tonight, for some fg vs fg action, it didn't go to well last monday, but gonna give it another go.

GA should be there between 20:30 - 21:00, depending a little on how fast we are to asemble group.

Most of you know this, but for those who dont or wanna try coming there, join on IRC quakenet channel #agramon.rvr it make it much easier to say when there is enough groups to start the event, so no groups run out there and find nothing and get bored and dont return.

Hope to see you all there, and hopefully some new faces also.

Yes there was, I was leading a group!

We were involved in 2 really wierd fights.

First was against BlackRazors group, anyway we seemed to take them completely by surprise and mess most of them and kill one. They then sat down. Some of us stopped, then the sorc decided to start messing people so we killed the rest. I take it this was the fight where your sorc was taking a screen shot or something?

Second one was against a hib group who tried to kite us for miles. Until they ran into a mid tower

We had just fought Arteides or GA, literally 15seconds before you turned up, we were on way to FoP etc. We sat down because it we weren't in any way prepared and our sorc was SS'ing his RR9 Ding etc. Normally people pull off when the enemy group sits down..at least we do . But it took so long for you to kill anyone we thought we might egg and fight you but egg wasn't up .

Aye we were like just standing there watching and being confused discussing on vent "what are they doing? is this some sort of new alb trick to confuse us?" and then u started fighting again, so then it was just "Kill!!!!!! kill!!!!" etc.

I know you guys are normally a strong group, and we will need to get the jump on you with our pug to stand a decent chance. I've learned never to trust albs, and once I turn my back on them they will stab at me, so when I see you sit down like that it makes me suspicious being in the middle of Agramon in the middle of a fight that we're winning etc. Normally I take sitting down as a sign "you win, we lose, just finish us off" and then I'm thinking "are these albs worthy of my mercy" (and that's depending on what situation we're in, I normally show mercy - but if my groupmembers don't wna show mercy then there's nothing I can do about it.)

Most set fg's I've runned in don't usually have much trouble with a pug inc after a fight, so atleast you could've tried to find out if we were evenly matched before just sitting down and giving up like that hehe. Also if you should get attacked inside a fop, have in mind it's probably a pug (might even be a bad setup one, maybe a hunter instead of a healer etc) and it should be evenly matched with a set grp sitting in a fop. So atleast try to fight before giving up, sitting down then achieves nothing, then u're just guaranteed to lose while you might've won if you fought back.

PUGs have no rules, all the rules are just made up in the fight, and not all are on vent so half group might be continuing to fight while the discussion is going on vent. Some might be in frenzy "DIE ALBS!!!!!" and if you tell them to pull back they ask "what are you talking about? they're albs, I hate albs DIE ALBS!!!!! They would never show me any mercy, so no mercy for the albs!" etc. To all of you sitting in fops in the middle of Agramon, you're never safe, there might be a pug looking for you! ;P

I'm betting that was our group ^^ When we ran into you we thought you were trying to pull off (albs had been zerging nearby for a while) since you didn't react at all until you were messed but only kept running away. To add to the confusion we sort of (pug and bit of a mixup in communications :>) decided to leave you but we didn't pull off fast enough and you got some of our support while we were spread out and just tryong to get away still ^^ and when you got our bard there was no real use to try and get away so we stood there and died more or less

I am not sure I agree with just sitting down, it doesn't matter you were just in a fight. Sure it is annoying, with low power and such. But you fight on, and if you win, then the victory is even sweeter.

that Our Group fight where they killed like 5 fg's in agramon, they never even thought of sitting down, and managed to make a great movie out of it <3 vf

but sitting down sucks aye, we sat down once before and they didnt stop. we decided after 20s to fight back and was very close fight, shame we didnt fight properly :< i forgot who against. A pug i think.

Shame i missed monday, as soon as i got home went on VT and first thing they said was "Fuck newbie you missed a good night"
I just hope you guys can try and replicate it for me

Lol aye, the two mercs were going to win and I think your healers used RR5? was absolutely mental . Good fights vs you all night, pity about the first one where I think you had an LD and we killed you in 30seconds flat..were standing there going wtf just happened, where are the rest of them .
