because there is parts of certain foods that do no benefit the body and they contain no fibre for a start. not all of a bigmac benefits the bodybuilder, but eggs and porridge will. i can agree that certain foods benefit and others do not. if you agree weight gain and loss is down to calories in and out.
looks solid as a base but id want protein at every meal or at least around 150g a day spread how ever you want it. not including your post workout shake.
